TERM ENROLMENT (SINGLE TERM)

  • Fortnightly 60 minutes

60 MINUTE PRIVATE SESSION - $100 (lesson will end 5 mins before the hour is up to allow for pack up and questions etc) 

Up Front Term Fee

Students committing to a single full term of enrolment will be invoiced up front and fees are to be paid in a lump sum for the entire term. 

  • Invoice issued prior to the beginning of Term, with full payment due on or before the first lesson of the term. 
  • The full term fee is based on the number of teaching weeks in the term. Public holidays and any other anticipated teacher absences are taken into consideration to ensure you are not overcharged.
    • E.G. Fortnightly 60 minute enrolment with 5 teaching weeks in the term (no public hols or absences) = $500 invoices up front.
  • Invoices not paid by the due date may result in a late fee adjustment of 5% for every 7 days overdue.
    • E.G.  $500 invoice - 2 weeks overdue + $50 late fee

How to pay: 

  • Payment can be made by Direct Credit to the bank account supplied on the invoice, or by cash-in-person. Invoices and receipts will be emailed to the address provided by the client. 
  • All fees are non-refundable. See Terms & Conditions for more information.  

TERM ENROLMENT (TWO OR MORE TERMS)

Recurring Monthly Payment Option

Students enrolling in two or more terms will be invoiced on a monthly basis. Fees are spread out over the period of enrolment and are due on the same date of each month. 

Tuition is spread equally over the course of a year and charged each month in advance, starting Week One of Term One. This monthly payment guarantees the student’s place in my studio for the agreed upon period. 

  • Four Terms (a full year of lessons) - the monthly payment amount is divided evenly between the 11 months from February to December. This means that whether there are 5 or 2 lessons in that month, the tuition fee is the same. In the event of terminating lessons, students will continue to receive the lessons they’ve paid for until the end of the monthly cycle when the termination will take effect. Refunds will not be issued.
  • E.g. Where hourly lessons are $100 each, there are 18 fortnightly lessons in a year, and a student has lessons weekly, their monthly charge will be $100 x 18 lessons = $1800/11 months = $163.65 per month. All amounts in $AUD.
  • Monthly invoices will be due at the beginning of each month, with the first invoice being due on or before Week One of the commencing term.
  • If recurring invoicing is established outside of the above billing period (e.g. midway through a calendar month), the first invoice will be due before the first lesson of the new term. Subsequent invoices will be issued monthly from that time on. The total fees for the enrolment period must be paid before the last scheduled lesson of the billing period. 
  • Eligibility:

            Fortnightly students enrolled for two or more terms of tuition.

            This option is not available for a single term or ad hoc lessons/packages etc. 

  • HOW TO PAY

AD HOC/SKYPE LESSONS

Students can book self-book lessons via the website, according to availability. Check the website for upcoming availability. Students wishing to 'come and try' before committing to a full term can book an Ad Hoc session and then be added to the priority waiting list.

  • 90 mins - $155

PAYMENT

  • Lessons are invoiced on a pay-as-you-go basis. Payment is due on or before the scheduled booking.
