TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• A car park must be made available for the entertainers to park their vehicles for the entirety of the booking including 1 hour each side of the booking for loading and unloading. If a free car park cannot be provided the cost of parking whether on the street or in a car park will be the responsibility of the client.
• The performers will require loading bay access, access to power, and cover for outdoor events. 
• Refreshments: a meal (or equivalent), still and sparkling mineral water, soft drinks, beer/wine to be provided at the venue for the musicians before and during the performance if stated in booking contract/quote. 
• Sound or video recordings will not be permitted without the express permission of Rachael Thoms. In the event that a recording is required, an additional fee may apply unless otherwise stated in quote/booking contract.
