Concerned About Your Singing Voice?
Whether you're experiencing vocal fatigue, loss of range, vocal strain, cracking, reduced power, or a voice that just isn't responding the way it used to, an Initial Voice Consultation will help you understand what's happening and identify the best path forward.
I work with adult singers as a vocal coach and singing teacher in Canberra, offering evidence-informed voice coaching for singers who want clearer answers about their voice, not just more exercises thrown at the problem.
You don't need to figure this out on your own.
Many singers assume they simply need to practise harder, breathe differently, or accept that their voice has changed. Often, the first step is simply understanding what's happening. That's exactly what this consultation is designed to help you do.

What happens during your Initial Voice Consultation
Share Your Story
We'll begin by talking about your singing background, your goals, and the specific challenges you've been experiencing. Whether it's vocal fatigue, loss of range, strain or inconsistency, this conversation helps me understand how your voice is behaving in real singing situations.
Explore Your Voice
We'll work through a series of simple vocal tasks and exercises to observe how your voice is currently functioning. I'll explain what I'm noticing as we go, helping you understand the factors that may be contributing to the difficulties you're experiencing.
Leave with a Plan
Before you leave, we'll discuss the most important training priorities based on your goals and what we've observed during the session. You'll receive a Personalised Voice Action Plan summarising the key observations, your current strengths, recommended training priorities, and practical next steps to guide your practice. You'll also receive a recording of the entire consultation, allowing you to revisit the discussion, review the exercises, and refer back to the recommendations whenever you need them.
